「Great stay but there was no hot water really and the tub did not work only the shower but that was my only conplaint」

「Was given a room that was not cleaned-it appeared that someone was still in the room. Nice lady at the desk gave me another room. The bed was made (not sure the sheets were changed). The desk had water & stains on it, so asked to have it cleaned. She took care of that. Didn’t realize there were dirty towels in the bathroom until later, the floor wasn’t vacuumed & there was trash on the shelf. This room was not cleaned either. One and done, will never return.」

「Nothing. I canceled my stay because my room had no bed covering and the door was wide open at 6:30 pm.」

「My room was clean and very quiet on the third floor. I was in Tuscaloosa to visit my daughter at the University of Alabama. I did not eat breakfast. My only problem with the stay was the pot smoking on the third floor. It reaked when I exited the elevator all the way to my room. Once in my room, I put a towel at the bottom of my room door in order to keep the smell out. I needed a place to sleep at night and didn't want to spend a lot of money and this place fit the bill.」

「The first room we were given had water leaking in the bathroom floor, the couch was broken and the chain on the door had been ripped off. We were given a better room, but the entire motel was old, decrepit and needed serious updating. We were disappointed in the entire facility.」
