「Our stay was fine. Room wasn’t available until right at 3pm. Purchased a 4.00 bottle of water at front desk and then I was told after purchase that complimentary water was available. Should have offered that before purchase. 」

「I liked the great customer service experience. I didn’t like that during breakfast hours, they didn’t have enough food to accommodate the guests. Oh! And all furniture wasn't in the living room, it was missing the table with chairs and a sit in chair that was shown on the pictures viewed online. They also need more furniture in the bedroom, like furniture with draws and desk and chair.」
