「The property was updated, very clean and smelled good upon arrival. Rooms were clean, beds are a bit firm, but the rooms were mostly updated with newer decor. I love that our room had a peek-a-boo view of the lake behind it. The only complaint we had was that we asked for a room “refresh” (not a full clean) while we went out for the day and when we came back, the rooms had not been refreshed at all. No trashes emptied or towels given, so I had to empty our trashes since there’s no maid on...

「We had to wait 15 minutes for the room to be "cleaned" before receiving keys. The room was not cleaned with a strong odor of urine and wet dog. The cleaning attendant was down the hall and I asked if the room had been cleaned which I was told it was straightened because it was listed as a stay over not a new guest. He came and cleaned the bathroom which eliminated the urine smell but was unable to rid the dog odor. Front desk did not have another room available due to a company convention...

「The key wouldn't allow us to leave the parking lot (or any other guests) and we had to go back inside and wait for assistance in order to leave which wasn't convenient. Also, on the 4th floor outside the door, it smells terrible near the ice machine. Maybe mold or mildew from leaking water. Otherwise, the room was very clean and our stay was great! It is within walking distance from many restaurants and the Riverwalk Park was so peaceful on a Sunday morning.」
