「This hotel is the only choice for me in the Jacksonville area. The staff is incredible, specifically Josh who is the best I’ve encountered in the hospitality industry. 」

「The staff here is very accommodating. We wanted a room with a balcony and paid for one. We got to the room unpacked and headed to the balcony to find the door wouldn’t open. It was screwed shut. I called downstairs and was told that I should have been made aware of the issue and offered me another room with a balcony. I was happy they had another room but had to repack to unpack a second time. Also, I think the rugs in the hallways need to be replaced. There’s the same odor on several floors,...

「Great stay, room as shown in photos, plenty of options to dine in the area. Clean room, no issues. Parked on street, which was no charge. Someone said that would change and would need to pay for street parking soon. Would go here again for sure.」

「I loved how clean everything was. The stafe were super friendly. The safety was top notch with using the key card to be able to pass the lobby. There were plenty of places to park. Being on the beach made everything so easy, and the kids loved the heated pool!」
