The hotel was clean and the check-in and check-out attention deserve 5 stars, however the reason why I choose the hotel is looking for comfort and the bed creaking the pillows were not comfortable I did not have a good night since I woke up with a strong back pain. The gym was unseeable, nothing worked nor did it have air conditioning. The breakfast deserves 5 stars it was also very good and complete. Anyway, if I had to stay again I wouldn't do it since as I said I look for comfort and I didn't have it but I don't want the other services to go unnoticed for those who are looking for a good breakfast and good customer service.

Property under renovation. My door would not lock unless I slammed the door very hard. Many restaurant options in the area but no sidewalks for pedestrians. A big pet peeve for me when you want to walk the area. Parking was good as I was driving a U Haul truck. Staff were respectful and very helpful.

While this is a pet friendly hotel, and I am a pet owner, I prefer not to stay in a room with pet fur laying everywhere when the room should be cleaned between guests' stay. There were signs that there was renovation taking place but that's no excuse for a dirty room from pet fur. The elevator was in a dilapidated state and one night it was not working and I was staying on the 6th floor, so up 6 flights of stairs I went.
