The hotel was clean and the check-in and check-out attention deserve 5 stars, however the reason why I choose the hotel is looking for comfort and the bed creaking the pillows were not comfortable I did not have a good night since I woke up with a strong back pain. The gym was unseeable, nothing worked nor did it have air conditioning. The breakfast deserves 5 stars it was also very good and complete. Anyway, if I had to stay again I wouldn't do it since as I said I look for comfort and I didn't have it but I don't want the other services to go unnoticed for those who are looking for a good breakfast and good customer service.

Property under renovation. My door would not lock unless I slammed the door very hard. Many restaurant options in the area but no sidewalks for pedestrians. A big pet peeve for me when you want to walk the area. Parking was good as I was driving a U Haul truck. Staff were respectful and very helpful.

Staff were not nice at all in fact the front desk lady was rude. The room looked and smelled dirty. Seems like the building is under renovation but it all looks very dirty and disorganized. Breakfast was terrible as well, the staff could not keep up with it refilling coffee and food in general.

Terrible people at the front desk, unprofessional staff and the hotel was disgusting. The room had black mold in the bathroom. The pillows weren’t pillows, more like decorative pillows. The room smell like mold and humidity. My reservation was for 2 days, I left the next day.

Awful place ! Had to end my stay 2 days prior since in the middle of the night found at least 20 roaches roaming around the floor, walls, bathroom and beds. Smell of Marijuana in the lobby was very noticeable. This is essentially a cheap motel pretending to be a decent place. No hot water in the shower and everything filthy. This place needs to marked so families don't fall for it.

Welp. The television didn't work, and we reached out to the front desk. We were on hold for a while, and I told my friend to just hang up. No call back from staff, no one came to fix the issue. Not happy at all about the lack of response or follow up.
