"I stayed at Vinpearl for 4 nights with my family, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The room condition was disappointing — basic maintenance issues such as a broken fridge and cupboard handles were present. Even after reporting these, they were not properly resolved, which was frustrating. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, and room service was not done to the standard you would expect from a property of this level. Communication was another challenge, as several staff members had difficulty understanding English, making even simple requests harder than they should be. Overall, the service felt quite average — there was a lack of proactive hospitality. No one checked in to ask about our stay, and there was little follow-up on the issues we raised. Food was another weak point. The Beach Bistro was underwhelming, and the Indian food options at breakfast were particularly disappointing. The only real highlight of the stay was the excellent connectivity via VinBus to VinWonders, VinSafari, and Grand World, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, while the location and connectivity are strong positives, the room quality, service standards, and food need significant improvement to justify staying here again."

"The quality of the food at the breakfast buffet was outstanding! There were so many good choices and variety for all dietary needs. The pool was very nice and we loved that it was a saltwater pool. The view was awesome! Staff at the pool were friendly and attentive. All the staff at the entire property were friendly and so helpful. The room was kept so clean!"
