「I can only sleep for 6 hours.」

「員工態度差.連續三天按了清潔房間的按鍵等了三小時也沒有人清潔,到前櫃投訴,員工告之要清潔一定要打電話叫人,按鍵是沒有用的.一間連鎖大品牌的酒店,想不到服務如此差」

「1)Impolite from swimming pool staff and chef at breakfast restaurant 2)No take care of luggage by Concierge 3)room service always ask me to call others for my need 4)house keeping a mess 5)insufficient staff for check-in counter 6)no help at the entrance for picking up the luggage, actually no staff at all! This doesn't deserve a 5-star grade hotel!!!!」

The hotel also had a delicious breakfast, beautiful&spacious rooms, a stunning night view, and a private pier with a boat that connects to the department store. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Bangkok.」

「The hotel seems quite new and was very clean. The location is great—it’s close to the station, and there are light meal options right in front of the hotel. CHIJMES is also within a 10-minute walk. If the price stays the same, I’d definitely consider making this my regular hotel. The only minor downside was that the shower pressure was a bit weak, but everything else was so good that it didn’t bother me at all.」
