「Unique experience. A look at old Alaska and Juneau. I enjoyed it. Not a place for people with mobility issues for sure. The only down side wasn’t the hotel but the numerous cruise ships. Plan to do things as early as possible to avoid the crowds in the afternoon. Unless you like crowds.」

「Overall this is a very good hotel but when I ordered a cab to Crescent harbour. I hope the reception could tell me that Crescent harbour is just 5 minutes away that one could walk. So that I could have an option to walk or take the car.」

「Hottel Gal was very unhelpful, I got in early requested to check in early and was told I couldn't when i checked the internet site it showed that she could have checked me in. I ended up sitting in lobby for 4 hours. Overall, the place was not very well kept. Room was rundown, and musty. Bathroom hasn't been fixed up in a decade, lots of stains and worn-out floors, tub, and room in general was low budget. Very noisy, from guests, car alarms going off.
