「Hot tub fun」

「Beautiful quiet area.」

「Very unique place, not a hotel feel. Property was immense and only a small portion is hotel. Room walls were adorned with large inspirational words. We had a problem with our tv and the staff was extremely diligent in trying to solve it and ultimately moved us to another (nicer) room. The breakfast had some allergy friendly options. We also enjoyed the nature trail on site.」

「The room was outdated and looked worn. Some of the outlets didn't work and the ac was practically worthless. We asked for a roll out bed, but we were told the hotel doesn't furnish those. We also asked for a fan to make the room more tolerable, but they couldn't furnish that either. No wonder this place had rooms available close to Memorial Day.」

「The breakfast was good. Both mornings had the same selections and were ok. The room was clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking lot was well maintained, and I felt safe parking there.」

「The cleaning lady was the only highlight of our 6 day stay there. The owner is horrible and yelled about kicking us out of our room and cleaning everyday and they put a humidifier in our room because of my service lady Queenie. It was horrible. I will neverrrrrr stay there everrrrrrrrr again. The cleaning lady was nice!! Said we don't have to move or leave said we weren't making a mess and we were fine. She was super kind. That place doesn't deserve her!!!!!!!」

「Room was dirty. Condom wrappers, edible wrappers, and misc. clear baggies left in room. No working outlet by bed to plug in medical equipment or a cell phone. Only working outlet was next to door. Left and went to another hotel.」

「Floor was very sticky in room. People smoking weed all over the place. 」

「We liked everything except the fact that the elevator was inoperable for the first three days of our stay in the hotel. So we had to walk three stories up to our room on the third floor. The staff, cleanliness of our room and the intire hotel, breakfast and availability of parking were all excellent. We feel, that some type of compensation should be offered by your company for the inconvenience that we endured during the time the elevator was not working.」

「Room had trash under pullout sofa...obviously no one had cleaned there in years. We left the sofa out so they could see. The mattress for the pullout sofa was stained and dirty. There was no mattress topper or cover and the sheet was too small for the mattress.」
