「 We are so glad to have spent a bit mire for a hotel. George at the front desk was so kind. Pet friendly and people friendly. It was also very nice that they had milk available in the market spot for our 1 yr old Grandbaby. 」

「Cigarette hole burns in the covers and sheets. My kids have bites from there and I’m pretty sure they are bed bugs. The pictures were deceiving to say the least. I’ve stayed at other days in and they were in pretty nice condition. I booked because the pictures looked decent and it had a pool. Needless to say my kids were disappointed because I wasn’t trusting the integrity of the pool because the room was not matching the pictures. Will not stay there again. I will say the staff was friendly...

「The staff was fantastic. It was very clean. They are under heavy renovation that should be done about April. They are doing a fantastic job of keeping it clean and quiet while working, but several things are closed like breakfast, pool, office and fitness room, etc. Honestly, I was surprised at how clean and quiet it was with so much work they're doing. Well done.」

「The cleaning fragrances that they use in the room kept me up all night could not sleep whatever they're using in there is very strong and harsh hard to breathe even with the window open」

「I stay in extended stay hotels all the time. If you're staying here, make sure you bring pots, pans, silverware, can opener, everything you'll need to cook if you plan to use the kitchen. I bring everything, including my own towels, pillows, toilet paper, and paper towels. This is just like renting a mini apartment. There is a bed, TV, table, dresser, and a mini kitchen with a decent sized refrigerator. The place is designed for extended stays and residency. It's not a luxury vacation resort....

「The rooms smelled clean, they put us on the highway side of the building, very noisy most of the night with traffic. There was nobody available at the desk for checkout at 8 am, I left my keycard at the desk. The 1 staff person I dealt with was just there. Ok place to stay but that is all.」

「The room was not ready. Coffee spill on the floor in the lobby ignored. Wall tiles missing from the lobby wall in sitting area. The room had multiple paint gouges/scratches. No chair, no iron, no bedside lamps. 」

「I was double charged for my stay. I still have not received a refund. It took a hour to check me in. The key creator didn’t work, so I had no key. The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response. Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival. Found someone else’s underwear near the bed. No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available.」
