「Breakfast was underwhelming, and the front desk attendant claimed I could not receive/get a receipt because I booked through expedia, which is incorrect, as I have got receipts from the hotel when checking out before (after booking through expedia). Shortly after leaving, I received an email receipt from Hilton. There appeared to be a misunderstanding with this front desk attendant. With that being said, overall, it was a great stay. 」

「We showed up late & tired after a long day of softball out in the heat, only to find our AC was not working. The room was hot! I called the front desk, he was up to our room very quickly. He went above and beyond to try to help. He had maintenance come and help. He also went above and beyond to try to fix it.
