「Their rooms are nice. But the front desk was always unattended and I waited for an hour. They wasted my precious time.」

「The hotel is a little bit older, but the things in it are nice. I like the location. It was a bit noisy at night. My biggest issue was that when I checked into the room the bathtub had a huge wad of hair stuck to the side of it. I’m not sure how anybody missed it.」

My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!」

「Rooms were large and nice, Front desk staff and cleaning staff are great. Breakfast was a bit light but good. Only down fall were the heavy running foot steps of kids in the room above us but it was ok. The hall way carpet needs replaced heavy stains through out. But we will be back」

「The Chateau is a lovely place to experience the beauty of Deer Valley without having to sell a kidney on the internet to afford it. The European lodge atmosphere extends from the main lobby into all of the amenities and rooms. The complimentary breakfast buffet is the best we've had anywhere. The on-site amenities that we personally enjoy are the saltwater pool and the three different hot tubs.
