Due to a necessary name correction on the reservation, Expedia assisted in updating the guest name, and I presented the updated information to the front desk upon arrival. 「The hot tub jets didn't work, the corners of the room had dirt that look like spider nests, staff was really helpful and sweet, the room was clean, the TV remote worked when it wanted and was hard to figure out, the shower was confusing but cool once you figured it out」

「Disgusting. Bugs and dirt everywhere. Stained sheets, mold and cigarette smoke tar on the walls, fire alarms and smoke detectors has bags taped around them, the window was broken with a hole in it, smelled strongly like cigarettes. I slept on the car instead cause they would not give me a refund.」
