"Very disappointing stay.
I booked this hotel to rest during my trip, but the actual condition of the room was completely unacceptable.
The cleanliness was very poor, and the facilities were outdated and badly maintained. The real experience was far from what was shown online.
After staying only a few hours, I decided to check out immediately and book another hotel because I simply could not tolerate the environment.
I travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond acceptable.
I sincerely hope the hotel improves its hygiene and facilities, as it seriously affects the guest experience."
