「Cleanliness of the room was spot on, comfortable bed. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Receptionist was very helpful, all staff in bar/restaurant always with a smile and helped to our needs. Cleaners was lovely and say good morning with a smile. This hotel made my mother and myself very comfortable throughout our 2 nights stay. Car park is a little pricey but it's very secure.」

「Avoid and be very careful! The hotel is in a very bad shape, it is well below any star rating. Lesson was to spend some more quids and stay at a better place. Water ran out without any notification in the morning, while waiting for water the cleaning lady threatened me to leave asap. Wifi not working, spooky corridors with filthy carpets.
