「I will prefer staying in Atlantis, not this hotel. This hotel must need renovations, the AC is very noisy, room is dirty, the bathroom door cannot be shut properly, need to walk a long hallway to the lifts It is not worth at this high price of USD 900 2 nights」

「The manager and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. I had an issue with the vault in the room and the manager took her time to come and assist me with having it resolved. The kitchen staff and room attendants were also very helpful and friendly. Every day my room was cleaned and beds were made. I truly enjoyed my stay and hope to return soon. 「Great small ‘homey’ place. Quiet and perfect for families with children. The private beach is perfect to teach the little ones snorkeling before venturing to the sea. Must walk or take cabs to go anywhere. Very clean place.」

「No existe nada q me desagrado , ni q puedan mejorar , el personal muy atento y preocupado por hacernos sentir bien El director y el subdirector Sergio , siempre al tanto de los turistas , se veían recorriendo y hablando con todos inclusive con nosotros, a pesar de tener puesta bandera roja por el oleaje no dejamos de disfrutar , nunca nos sentimos tan bien en un Hotel all Inclusive , muchas gracias por existir este Hotel gracias」

「Great location set on a hill near the airport, with wonderful views out to sea. The staff are fantastic, the Indian restaurant on site does great food, and it’s a small, tranquil place to spend a few days. The rooms are a little dated and relatively small, however the a/c worked very well and my room had a huge balcony with a day bed, loungers and a table to work on. Be warned that there is no lift up to reception, so you’ll be carrying bags up quite a few steps. 」
