"Really enjoyed my stay at this Embassy Suites very clean rooms the lobby was also very put together indoor pool was the highlight of our trip my daughter loved it friendly staff let me not forget the breakfast which was my highlight everything was fresh and very good I would most defiantly come back and stay here when in San Fran. "The room was perfect -- spacious, super comfortable, very nicely decorated and appointed, spotlessly clean, and boasting a spectacular view of the bay and the end of the runway at San Francisco International Airport. All staff were very helpful and polite. Several excellent restaurants are just a short walk away, and a shoreline promenade right in front of the hotel offers a delightful place to stroll, walk the dog, and get fresh air. Finally, the free airport shuttle service works well, but infrequently it comes by only once every 45 minutes or so."

"Best part about the hotel is the night auditor Stephanie, she has amazing customer service skills and i keep returning because she impresses me every time. Rooms are clean and medium firm beds, good wifi, good black out curtains, windows can be opened in the room, close to union square close to subway and cable cars! Wheel chair accessible hotel"
