"The hotel was great unfortunately the pool cabana was closed the entire time every time I ask the staff when it will be opened I got truck shoulders and no real response. It didn’t seem like anybody knew what was going on. Also, upon the arrival to the hotel, I wasn’t even welcomed when I said hi I’m checking in. It was responded by ID."

"You were severely understaffed at Claim Jumpers at breakfast. We gave up and bought extortionately priced muffins instead. Airline staff plugged up the first shuttle we might have caught from the airport so we stood around for an empty half hour waiting for the next one."

"Room smelled musty upon arrival. Condition of carpet is fair with many old stains. Staff did a great job and all were friendly and efficient. The property has definitely seen better days "

"Rooms are very very small. Shower wasn’t that clean and we didn’t have shower gel, we had to ask twice. Mariana at reception was THE BEST. Very friendly staff."

"I arrived on a Friday at 5 PM, but my room wasn’t ready until 6:30 PM. After a long drive, I was already quite tired, so the delay was disappointing. That said, the staff handled the situation exceptionally well, they offered a complimentary drink and upgraded my room, which I really appreciated. I’m not sure what caused the delay behind the scenes, but despite that inconvenience, the front desk team was outstanding and the room itself was very comfortable. It was a quick stay as I had to catch a flight early the next day. "
