「Staff not helpful. I checked in, I was in the room with my family getting ready for the beach, my room was opened by another family. Staff had given the same room to another family. As per staff I was not registered which it’s does not make sense because I had given my ID , credit card and signed all their agreements and they activated my room. This is a safety concern for families, they can make they same mistake and someone can just open you room because they know what are they are doing....

Empezando por la misma señorita que tienen en el área de check in, malos tratos, grosera con mi familia y haciendo desaires a todo lo que se le preguntaba para apoyarnos en el hotel. Tienen una persona encargada de cobrar renta ilegal de sombrilla con dos camastros, el servicio debería estar incluido en el costo de la habitación, en todo momento nos tenía presionando y hostigando con el cobro de la renta hasta que finalmente accedí a pagárselo, no da recibo y no...
