Dining was excellent, especially Gogi for breakfast and Lagoon House and Fish Bar for dinner. What really made this stay unforgettable was the staff. Every interaction was warm, professional, and genuine. From Lusia at check-in to the porters, spa team, and restaurant staff, the service felt thoughtful and personal. Being remembered by name and celebrated all day for my birthday was incredibly special. A huge thank you to Vikrant, also known as Vicky, the best concierge I have ever worked with. He reached out weeks before my arrival, anticipated every detail, and made sure my birthday trip was seamless. His care and attention truly elevated the entire experience. "The amenities are fabulous, and the view was spectacular.. meals can be expensive so it’s good to get that in your package if you can get your breakfast.. The food is good and lots of healthy choices as well.. if you’re here on a Wednesday or Saturday make sure you see the floor show in the evening and on Sunday they have a early morning floor show with brunch.. easy to get to from the airport. Renovation is going on, but they are very accommodating and make sure that your comfort level is still well taken care of… very pleasant staff… would highly recommend this place."
