"The nicest staff in Vegas, maybe anywhere? Truly, such sweet, thoughtful people. My boyfriend and I travel to Vegas often and don’t care to stay on the strip, especially with our dog. Hyatt Silverton is always our spot, and walking in is like walking into a family home. Everyone remembers us and treats us with such kindness, as well as our dog— he is always so happy to see them and they him. We wind up spending so much time at the lobby bar just to hang out with the staff haha. Can’t recommend enough. "

"Very close to rental car drop off. Rooms were basic no frills. Not as clean as I hoped. Spilled water in the entryway, wiped with a towel and the towel turned black. The breakfast was bagels, cereal and some kind of yogurt from a dispenser. Great for one or two nights."
