Rooms are clean and medium firm beds, good wifi, good black out curtains, windows can be opened in the room, close to union square close to subway and cable cars! Wheel chair accessible hotel"

"From valet parking - they were very helpful. But once our cart got inside the lobby, it took awhile to bring it up. Inhad to call remind them. I get it, busy day since it was Valentines weekend. Customer Service - Checking In was easy. No lines and service was very quick. Staff was friendly. Lobby - It was really nice, I didnt spend much time walking around there but ambiance was nice. The Market - The Market is their convenient store and two way access near the elevator. Food was good. Wish they had other selection for hot breakfast. Room - Love our room. It was clean. View was beautiful. We really tired so not much to say. Oh bathroom shower was a walk-in which I loved. "
