"Great hotel although didn’t acknowledge VIP status. Not a big deal. Did not like every other day housekeeping in spite of me requesting a daily. COVID is over and if you’re going to be a high end hotel this is not the way. Overall, staff was wonderful."

She started out the stay Awesome. Extremely nice, helpful, patient and understanding. The room/stay was exactly what I was looking for during time in Madison. "
