Stayed here a couple years ago and was very impressed. Just stayed here again and was not so impressed. Tried to take a shower and there was no hot water, called front desk and was told i had to let water run for 20 - 25 minutes for it to get warm. Well we did that and only had warm/hot water for 5 minutes. Then when the water was warm, the shower mad this high pitched noise, that I am surprised didn't we didn't get a noise complaint. Then I was trying to sleep and the refrigerator kicked on and it sounded like a machine in the room. Went down for breakfast one morning, and my son was dishing up some eggs, and there was a couple of hairs in them.

Rooms are big with tall ceilings. I loved the full size fridge and kitchen area. I also really liked that there was a table with chairs and a recliner. It was a wonderful place to stay for a couple nights, especially with a little one and dog. Breakfast was very good and the man who was setting it all up was so kind. Only thing that I had an issue with was it took a long time for the shower to warm up. I thought I was going to have to take a cold shower but it did end up getting a little warmer after 10 mins.

Hotel was fine but several issues. Cons: Not enough pillows or towels for a family of 3 staying in a king suite. Poor (weirdly small) pillows. No dressor in the king bedroom - so no where to put clothes!! Was very strange - how a dressor was missing so could only hang items but not fold or have anywhere for socks, etc. This was a major drawback - when staying nearly a week and nowhere to put folded items. No conditioner in shower - need to ask front desk - cannot get from maid service (which BTW is only every 3 days). WiFi did not work on cell phone. The key card stopped working at least 1-2 times each day over our nearly week stay!! Very annoying to have to go down repeatedly to front desk for new activated card. Pool was cold (confirmed by 3 separate guests) and jacuzzi ok but not really hot. Weekend rate is costly for this type of hotel. Pros: Location good. Breakfast had nice variety. Room spacious and clean.

The rooms are fairly large and have a full size fridge, dishwasher, etc. The room is stocked with supplies and the beds were comfortable, Could have used extra blankets but we did not ask. Parking is easy. The breakfast hours on the weekend are way too early for us, they close at 9:30a on a Sunday.

We had a 2 night stay over the weekend, the conference room was booked for a party on our 2nd night. Our room was right above the conference room... this hotel is poorly insulated as we heard the music pounding and vibrating our room until the end of the party at midnight. We have girls that had to get up at 3am to get ready for their dance competition. This hotel is not equipped to hold parties in the evenings when their GUESTS are trying to wind down and sleep. The frond desk staff was rude about the whole thing too... i know partially because they had TONS of complaints including one from our neighbor that night... a homeland security officer. I was patient enough not to complain but when hotels usually have QUIET TIME hours after 10pm.... they should also be mindful of their guests. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN FOR THEY WAY WE WERE TREATED. DID NOT GET A REFUND OR ANY COMPENSATION FOR OUR INCONVENIENCE.

Here for a 2 night stay. Staff was rude the moment I checked in.. as if me checking in was an interruption. There was smell of weed in the lobby hallway up to the room. The room was however nice and clean. 2nd night here... there was a party in the conference room on the 1st floor right below our room.... they stated there wasnt a quiet time and the party was booked until midnight. Stated that if i left at 1030pm i wouldnt be charged although i already paid thru Expedia. Terrible answer

Room was spacious with a full kitchen and full-size fridge. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and we enjoyed our two-night stay. Plenty of dining options in the area and a fairly quick drive to UW. The pool and hot tub looked nice, but we didn't use these. The breakfast was average; did have eggs and waffles, so no real complaints. We would stay again when in the area.

Very nice staff always was someone there and very helpful. Very easy parking for a dooley truck. Rooms were amazing sizes lots of room for having to be there for 10 days, I wish had cleaner everyday but i get it that hard to find staff but thankful that we were aloud to get more towels/sheets from the front desk whenever. We had an amazing stay and looking forward to booking here again next year!!

Always ok to stay here.

The shower head is half functional. Needs replacing. The carpet is torn. Breakfast was always great and available a touch early! Much appreciated. Rooms were just ok on quietness. Could always hear the people above and the snoring next door. So not perfect but I’ll stay again scenario.
