"Small room but thoughtfully laid out. Nespresso in-room coffee and filtered cold water stations on every floor with recyclable bottles were a great feature. Staff were all great. The maid service has 2 choices - we asked for express 1 day and were surprised to have someone show up at the door in 10 minutes with extra towels. Excellent location, room was spotless and there is a convenience closet on each floor if you forgot toothpaste, etc. We were missing a hair dryer, but I'm sure we could've had one if we called."

"Today is Tuesday. There are two dining establishments to choose from for dinner. Very disappointing. No room service either. I was coming to the hotel a little bit early so I could visit the spa, but it was closed on a Tuesday. I was also going to reserve a cabana at the pool, but there was no one at the pool to do that. The bartender just told me to go pick a spot so I did. The glass is my shower was spotty and had a visible film on is and there were no king sized pillows on my king bed. I understand that the prices are very reasonable outcome. I just thought it would be more of a luxury hotel. It reeks of smoke in many places- so I’m cutting my evening short and going back to my room. "
