「This hotel was one of the worst we have stayed in. Front desk did not give any instructions for breakfast or pool times, did not have regular size towels available, no blankets for the pull-out bed. We arrived at our room to find the door not even shut all the way because it wouldn’t close unless yanked on. This allowed for bugs and flies to get into our room. 「Arrived in the evening to find two men arguing near the pool, almost ready to fight. Two other men were relieving themselves next to the BBQ in front of our unit. At 2:30 in the morning another group were outside of our room si going. The walls are incredibly thin. The room above use had children running and playing ball for three straight days. Guest Services actually said the couldn’t do anything. Place is not well managed. Would never recommend to anyone.」

「Security room door lock was pried off of door frame/room safe was without lock & key. Advertised pool was completely non-functional and blocked off from guests. Parking attendants wrecklously moving cars almost hitting me & wife yelling at people… Three hours to check in/front desk clerk crying she can’t handle the short staffing situation… Property beach bar with rave party til 2:00am with drunk/high patrons screaming in parking lot and knocking on doors on fourth floor. 「Absolutely thrilled with my stay at The Archway. Spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. Tall ceilings, spacious open floor plan. Numerous amenities. Plenty of towels. Quiet, safe and comfortable. Location was great.. in a very convenient area in the heart of Fishtown. The water is filtered which was very nice as we didn’t need to buy bottled.
