We had a wonderful 7 night stay at the SoSuite Rittenhouse in the spacious room 301 which had a lovely 3 door Juliette style balconies! Full kitchen, nice bathroom with just a shower and a stacking washer/dryer. Would absolutely stay here again!

Why pay more for a neighboring 300 sq.ft. Hotel room when you can have all the amenities of an apartment for less? The building is well-maintained and secure, the suite was immaculate. The location was an easy walk to my symposium at the College of the Physicians, and the area is beautiful with many excellent restaurants and shops! There was a convenient parking garage, literally just around the corner, and for the city, it was reasonably priced. I used the link Sosuite provided to make reservations at the parking garage. As a woman traveling alone in an unfamiliar city, I felt absolutely safe and comfortable, staying here and in this neighborhood. Thank you!

Nice apartment so close to everything We found check in to be stressful as the street in front converts to no stopping/standing at 3:30 and check in wasn’t until 4. The property did not have suggestions to ease unloading. There were actually cops right there and they weren’t flexible. Communication with the property was very good.

-Hard to access (Yale keypad didn’t respond at first; it needed you to keep your hand on the keypad for a long time before it would turn on) -no wifi info was available. Had to search for phone number contact i order to get wifi password -stay required a very large deposit (150% more than a nice hotel normally places) on guest credit card. This deposit isn’t disclosed until after you have already paid for your stay -very long pre-registration process is required
