「Room is clean and the location is convenient. 」

「Excellent location with a breakfast that offered many healthy options.」

「Courteous staff, clean room and bathroom, but Westin is supposed to be known for “heavenly” beds and linens. Mattress in the room needs to be replaced, far from “heavenly” and definitely not worth the US$458/night」

「They need to better inform the guest about what to expect while staying at the hotel. Also about the amenities that are available right there. I think I would've enjoyed my stay much better and not be surprised at checkout.」

「Room cleaning needs improvement! Tub tiles had mildew which is unacceptable particularly at the price charged for this room. Restaurant service and food were average at best. The bright spots were the location which is excellent and the hotel (not restaurant) staff who were very good.」

「Clean room」

「nice place to go!」

「From the time we pulled up in front of the hotel we received excellent service. The ease of valet parking and check-in, the large room and cleanliness, and the fantastic location of this property in relation to the harbour was all amazing. All of the staff that we came in contact with was friendly and courteous and helped with anything we needed. Would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a great place to stay in downtown Halifax.」

「在3rd party 預訂的，都有提供早餐，但沒有含早餐。下次要小心看， provide breakfast 和 include breakfast 是不同的，兩者相差約台幣500元。」

「excellent」

「Nice stay in a perfect location with accessible parking.」
