"The staff was nice at checkin and check out. The rooms were clean and bed was confortable. The decor is outdated. They had the same dresser, curtains, pictures and wall paper from 25years ago. "

"Most comfortable hotel bed ive ever slept on. Walls and doors a bit thin. Can get noisy in the hallway. Don't count on shuttle times at all. We were told we should come to wait for one, 3.5 hours before out domestic flight! Because some pple were waiting over 45 mins"

"I may not go back every four weeks, like I have been, simply because I am there to rest before and after a medical procedure, I stay two nights, and this last time on my second night of my stay I was in a room right beside the noisiest people I could have imagined! They, at least three adults, partied well into the morning hours and I didn’t sleep at all. Not so bad…asked for a late check out, so I could sleep some before my next appointment and then my drive home, they had no issues with a 12 noon check out. They were nice enough to even give me an 11 o’clock wake up call…except they forgot! I woke up at 12:10 and rushed out of there just in time to make my appointment and then drive home half asleep. I like this hotel and would still recommend it as long as you don’t have to be anywhere important in the morning.. Also, I have been. Best western member for ever, but still have to book my room on a booking site and not receive any reward points for all my stays, because it is quite a bit cheaper than booking on there home site. Two nights every four weeks adds up to a lot of money really fast. "
