「Unfortunately after I arrived I had to change my plans and checkout as there was a pending snow storm on the way and the roads were in much better condition to leave for home. I checked in shortly after 4 pm and checked out at 11 pm. I always stay at this hotel as the staff is friendly and the breakfast in the restaurant (Redwood Grill) is always delicious. 「Quiet and comfortable would be what first comes to mind. Everybody is very friendly, including the guests. The hotel was completely booked when we were staying there and there was no chaos, nobody seemed to be complaining about anything, it was just a friendly and relaxing atmosphere.」
