First off, the owners were very nice and friendly. The house was beautifully decorated, and had a great view. Our beds were so comfortable, it was amazing. I climbed in bed feel asleep, and my hair looked the same as before i lasted down. I can't remember the last time i had such an energizing sleep. Breakfast was amazing, i even took a picture to show friends. It was displayed nicely, and tasted amazing. To go with what Sam cooked, there was yogurt, homemade granola (which my son loved), apple juice, orange juice, a selection of teas and coffee available to drink.i think they're was milk too, but he had juice and I had tea. I liked the place so much, I'm planning on taking my gf as well. Great price, amazing beds, and an amazing breakfast, my gf definitely deserves a stay here.

Dans un cadre enchanteur au dessus d'un lac, Kazue et Sam ont été d'une hospitalité incroyable. Très avenants et respectueux, ils ont su me faire sentir à l'aise. La chambre était très confortable, propre et moderne et à côté d'une grande salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner fut différent tous les jours et préparé par Sam. Plusieurs stationnements sont disponibles sur la propriété. À mi-chemin de l'aéroport et d'Halifax. J'y retournerai sans hésiter.

It was a fantastic experience all the way around! Sam and Kaz were so welcoming and everything was run beautifully. I think this is the cleanest and best organized place I have ever stayed and breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning. I especially appreciated how well Sam communicated before and during the trip so that there were no surprises and we knew what to expect. I rarely leave reviews, but wanted to do so because the accommodations were so lovely.

Sam and Kaz were absolutely wonderful hosts! My room was clean & comfortable and breakfast was delicious. The views from the house were spectacular. Really enjoyed my stay with them and would gladly stay again when in the area.

The whole house was perfectly appealing, clean and comfortable. Sam met us on arrival, showed us around and made us feel welcome. The room was lovely and the bed so cofortable with beautiful down filled duvet. Topped it off in the morning with a delicious healthy breakfast and pleasant conversation. The beautiful location was serene and inviting. Will definitely visit as a repeat guest in future.

I chose this property because of location close to Halifax airport and the reviews raved about the breakfast and friendliness of the host couple, Sam & Kaz! Everything was over-the-top... including the 'loft' room which is the 3rd room which has it's own bathroom and a double bunk-bed! But it is not advertised as being open to the living room. That was okay for my daughter and I, but it might not be suitable for just a couple - depending ho much privacy you want! You can hear sounds from the kitchen at 7 AM, which again didn't bother us as we wanted to get going early but just a heads-up for anyone else who would want to know that detail! I appreciated the opportunity to meet new people around the breakfast table - Sunday morning we had three sets of a Mother/ daughter combo from three contries!!! ❤️ 😍 ❣️ Where else but a B&B? combo from three countries!!! ❤️ 😍

This is a very nice property in a quiet residential area. Our room was in the loft with a full bed on the bottom of a bunk and a full on the top. The bed was very comfortable and the room was well designed and clean. The private bathroom had a jucuzzi tub! Sam is a great host; the breakfast was individually prepared and delicious. He is also helpful about the area. There is a ping pong table as well. There is a nice lake across the road. The only thing to be aware of if you stay in our room is that it is open to the downstairs as it is a loft. This didn't bother us but there is a little lack of privacy.

Amazing breakfast. The husband and wife were very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Was great to be able to have a window open and listen to the crickets at night. Wish i would have been able to arrive earlier and enjoy the seating area in the yard. Highly recommend

This was a pleasant stay. The owner of the property actually makes fresh breakfast for his guests. Our stay was just for a night but it was very pleasant. Yeh rooms are very clean and so are the common areas. The fresh breakfast was the highlight of our stay! The owner Sam and his wife live on the lower level of the house and are very nice and sweet people.

Owner was very accommodating and did a great job walking us through the building. Bed was very comfortable. I’m new to staying in a B&B but it felt strange that there was another couple in the bedroom next to us - we could hear them talk and had to share a bathroom with them.
