Bel environnement sur un campus universitaire pour un court séjour à Halifax avec stationnement. Très bon service de cafétéria et salle de bain rénovée sur les étages. If one wants to be walkable to the wharf area and not pay the "big bucks" then this is a great place to stay. Parking can be tricky as the parking lot fills up so it is a bit of a walk to 2 other parking lots if required. It was clean and secure so no issues at all.

Mother/daughter roadtrip… we were really happy to stay at Dalhousie. We were looking for a reasonably priced stay and a walkable distance to downtown Halifax, and this served our purpose. We loved walking around the beautiful campus, taking in the beautiful architecture, and we felt safe in this environment; there were plenty of students walking around. It was a fun place to stay. Very clean. Beautiful walk (30 min) to downtown Halifax passing the Citadel along the way. Perfection! Way more interesting than a regular boring hotel. Thx Dalhousie.

We did not need parking, but it’s included. About 15-20 minute walk to the Halifax waterfront. The rooms were very clean, single beds and shared bathroom, with generous size shower. It was very hot during our visit-30C-33C, and the A/C was a welcome reprieve from the hot weather. Water bottle fill-station in lobby. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A very good option for short stay in Halifax on beautiful Dalhousie campus. LeMarchant Place-two single rooms with shared bath.

This accommodation was clean and worked reasonably well for our family of four. The location was convenient. Laundry facility was clean and reasonably priced. However, it was very expensive for what it was. It would have been very inconvenient to use the pool or gym so we did not. There is no access to a tv, and the common rooms were not really useful. The closest parking lot was often full and while others were not far, it was less convenient. In hindsight, we would have had a more fun, comfortable, and convenient stay a traditional hotel for the same price.
