「Awesome very nice and clean」

「Friendly staff. Very clean room. Comfy bed. Ice cold air conditioning!」

「Overall, this hotel is very nice! The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The shower was amazing, they have Starbucks downstairs and a steakhouse on the 17th floor! The only downside was the pool seemed very foggy and the hot tub was NOT clean! There was some buildup of dirt in the hot tub. Also, the lights in our room were acting weird at some points which was kind of spooky.」

「The room was clean the only problem we had was the refrigerator was unplugged so we had to wait to use it.」

「Within the first 10 minutes of being in the first room a cockroach crawled on the bed. There were rust marks all over and water damage on the ceiling. Crumbs were all over the floor and things previous guests had left remained on the floor. The room was clearly not cleaned. Thankfully they allowed us to switch rooms; however, this room had just as much water damage and the light was barely hanging onto the wall. Listing pictures need to be updated.」

「Excellent stay experience! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was bright and tidy, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. The location, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere exceeded my expectations. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. I would gladly stay here again in the future. 」

「The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was spacious as well. The only problem was that I think the shower was wheelchair accessible. The shower curtain was too short and didn't reach the floor so when I took a shower, water leaked out onto the bathroom floor. The floor got really wet and I wasn't provided with enough towels to dry it completely. The wet floor caused me to slip and fall. The other problem with the stay was that it was supposed to be quiet after 10:00 pm, however the staff...

「Tv, clock, phone all didn’t work. Bathroom was dirty and bathroom floor was sticky. Ice machine broken. Elevator got stuck. Room and hallway smelled. Room was filthy with glitter on the door, food crumbs in the corner, hair in the bathroom, sheets were gross, room keys both stopped working. Entire place needs a makeover and not just painting over the stained walls like it currently is. Poor fixes throughout. For example the hold behind the door was filled in with trash.」
