「The property was close to where I wanted to go. one of two elevators did not work. the desk staff was only one person at check in time. The lady in front of me needed 5 rooms, one at a time. They then used all of the luggage carts (there were only 4. I was told breakfast went till 10L30, they close it at 913 on week days. The desk staff did not know directions to area restuarants (Cru Corkage) Serious construction on access roads. Barbara was very helpful」

「The room was awesome& I definitely will be using them again when I go to Cleveland to visit my sista! I didn’t like that Expedia or the hotel allowed a single female to be in an adjoining room! I didn’t ask for another room. They said they were full.」

「Spacious clean room that felt very updated. Front desk staff was very welcoming. But only one elevator was working for a six story hotel and its floor was often wet from kids using the pool. But my chief complaint was breakfast. It runs until 10:00 and we showed up at 9:30 and so much food was already gone. No fruit whatsoever. Practically out of waffle batter. Out of oatmeal and hard boil eggs as well as Greek yogurt. Hot breakfast was very good but no fruit?!」

「Property has mgmt issues, room booked and paid 3 months in advance, day of all king rooms sold out?!? Room with dble beds wasnt cleaned well. House keeping knocked at 1030 even though DND tag was on door and checkout was noon.」

「I thought this was free breakfast. While the room was nice, the shower head is outdated and no water pressure at all. What usually takes 15 minutes to shower including giving time for conditioner to do its job, took me 40 minutes because of poor/ lack or water pressure. Not Good when and if you are on time crunch or even at regular pace. The room can also use some pamphlets on what guest can do in cleveland downtown or around the area of hotel, including resteraunt. It's on 3rd party website...

「The property and rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only “negatives” I have was that is no light over the desk, nor a lamp. I had to work remotely during my stay, so that was a bit of an issue. There was no microwave in the room either, which I am use too. Additionally, there were no “guest” ice machines to be used. Had to go to the front desk to ask for ice, then they went to the kitchen to get it. Other than those inconveniences, everything else was...

「The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The overall room was basically “you get what you pay for” kind of thing. The bathroom had random wholes in the wall. The shower curtain was dirty and the sink was too. The faucet was leaking as well. All the light switches were filthy so I assume the one in the bathroom had poop on it. I wouldn’t stay again. I suggest traveling with Clorox wipes, Lysol and gloves which is what I always do.」
