Credit card surcharge was exorbitant. Major renovations in progress, but no notification or rebate. Room provisions were inadequate (tissues, sanitary pad disposal bags). Not what one would expect of an entity that trades on excellence."

"There was a bracket in the bedroom for a tv but no tv. Lacking power points for phone / watch chargers beside the bed. The bed was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. "

"clean room and comfortable bed. checkin was quick and easy, staff friendly and accommodating. good underground secure parking. although I did have an issue with the window curtain falling off its holding track, other than that it was a good stay and I will be returning to stay again in the future. "Very convenient for early morning airport travel, which was exactly our situation. The airport is just a 2-minute walk directly from the hotel without needing to go outside. Since we left before breakfast, the hotel kindly provided a small takeaway breakfast box with pastries, fruit, and juice, which was a thoughtful touch."
