"I think this hotel needs a renovation. The one in San Antonio where we stayed, Hampton Inn riverwalk was TERRIBLE! Not one day did they clean our room! People wee not as nice, they were a bit rude I would say. Also the parking was also new for mi. Thankfully I have a permit for handicap but to CHARGE for the parking is a ripoff. I have gone several times to Hampton Inn in San Antonio but believe me, I do not consider staying there again. NOT 1 DAY DID THEY CLEAN OUR ROOM. Austin was only OK...
