「Lovely place w excellent service. Quiet and very beautiful in the midst of the vineyards. Our cottage was adorable and had a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen but most of all sweeping views over the valley and the vineyards. Would love to come back. Plus for the coffee at the Mill 」

「 We spent five nights in the petite apartment, which is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. Lovely gardens, swimming pool and a braai. The maintenance and cleaning is to a very high standard, WiFi worked well. It’s well located in a quiet / safe area, pleasant walk to an abundance of great restaurants, cafes and wine bars. Highly recommend a visit, we’ll be back!」

「Heerlijke en vooral rustige ligging in een chaletpark aan de Olifanstrivier. Vanuit de tuin kun je nijlpaarden, vervetmonkeys, nyala´s en nog veel meer andere dieren zien lopen. Ook veel vogels aan de rivierkant. Vriendelijke hulp. Het enige jammere is dat wij 300 ZAR per wasbeurt een beetje aan de dure kant vonden. Gelukkig zijn daar andere alternatieven voor. We komen zeker terug! Genoten!!!! Ge」

「There was a problem with communication about the property. I was never told about the power outage and also the property did not have AC system in all rooms. Some of the doors were bad and were never fixed and this was the same complaint for past reviews. The host did not care too much. We were checked in late and were not even compensated for the check out. They had "I do not care" attitude. It is a beautiful property but a terrible host.」

「What a wonderful amazing experience, from first communication getting to our destination to the last day. Serenity in all it's bliss, nature on your doorstep and the cottage has everything you need. Emaculate and so clean, this is a home away from home and we will visit again and again. Thank you to our host Niel.」

「The Valley lodge is Excellent in respect of amenities, safety, restaurants, the staff at the restaurants and lodge are helpful. The food at the restaurant was excellent as well. The host was attentive to our needs and request all the time. She really deserves 5 stars ✨. The Valley lodge really lives up to its name.」

「Was a great house and location was perfect but being winter and a coldish weekend, would have been nice to have a few heaters but the blankets were a great second best and made it warm enough. Beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed from cutlery, utensils, kitchen aids and the air fryer is always handy to have. Lovely outdoor patio overlooking the ocean and on 3 sides makes it perfect for choosing the best spot to hide from any weather and to watch the sunrise and sunset and the...
