「It was noisy at times a lot of street noise and guests slamming doors at odd hours throughout the day. The staff is excellent the room was clean and modern and the property is centrally located. I have stayed on many occasions and I will be back.」

「Sosúa by the Sea is a hidden gem. The staff was amazing and the hotel is well kept. The rooms are rustic and the amenities are very nice. This is not an all-inclusive hotel so please note that you will have pay for your food, drinks and room safe. The views are breathtaking. My husband and I will be back next year.」

「I have been staying at this property for about 3-4 years now. I book my vacations around this property being available. That’s how nice and excellent this property is. Randy and his family have been awesome with any request and/ responding to messages. They are always available to contact. The staff are also awesome and attentive. It’s close to everything you need but also distant enough if you just want to relax. The beach is close by. I highly recommend this property. Nothing negative to say...

「The property is great. The room came with a free breakfast each morning. The staff was very accommodating and let me have a late check out. The on-site restaurant is one of the best in that area. The location is perfect. You are maybe a 10min walk to the Sousa Beach and 5min walk to Alicia. The AC in the rooms keep you nice and cool throughout your stay. I will definitely book again and again.」

「Upon my arrival , I was informed my reservation was reserved at the next door property. At that point I was told to call my agent after traveling all morning after sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes. At the end I paid additional fees to stay where I made the reservation」

「price listed on expedia is not what you will pay..They wait to add there conversion fee when you arrive and it will be higher than the rate online. Also they add a utility fee at check out which is high also. There should be full transparency upfront about cost. Also its better to pay in pesos at the front desk. overall stay was good.」
