"So gross. Unsafe surrounding. Homeless hung out in the lobby and around the building. Dog poop everywhere. In the hallways and stairs Smelled like pet and human urine. Trash in the staircase. Partying all night. Loud and people in the hallway all night."

"This is a beautiful place with a vintage charm and lovely staff! The grounds are huge! The lazy river was so relaxing and good for families and those who didn’t bring theirs. The spa was so nice! The staff went above and beyond for my mom and I. The only downside was the option for the shampoo and body wash- I wasn’t sure there was conditioner, it may have been there but just not well described. It was lemongrass, which was very strong scented. It’s nice that they use natural products, I just didn’t care for the smell. That was just a small point- it didn’t take away from my overall experience! This was a gem in Phoenix! "
