"The best thing about this hotel is their customer service. We stayed 2 nights for a local soccer tournament. The staff was amazing. They were flexible and patient. They allowed our soccer team to setup in the lobby for a team meal while we watched the Columbus Crew vs FC Cincinnati game. The room was very clean. I would have loved an elevator, but no big deal. Pool was clean and warm. "

"Very clean hotel, AC worked great (which is one of my biggest concerns at any hotel) ,the rooms were clean and smelled fresh. I checked in late about 9 ish but I didn’t catch the two girls at the front desk names, but they were awesome. Super friendly and accommodating to my needs. Will definitely be back! "
