「Very clean, very quiet, soft and firm bed with comfortable sheets, streaming on the tv, and good, dark curtains. Close to public transportation and groceries. Ethnically diverse neighborhood with lots of good food. Two U-bahn stops from Chariteé hospital (with one charge)」

「They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. 」

「This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!」

「It takes 10 -15 mins to go to the apartment from the metro. There is a supermarket on the way. The apartment is just as described in the web, room is clean with all necessary facilities there. However, the password given by the staff is wrong, so I have to call the staff for correct password to get the key. 」
