"We had a great time at the Tropicana. Stayed it the Havana Tower it was close to the parking garage and very clean. I was a little disappointed that none of the restaurants asked us if we had a reward card so we could get points added to our account. I kept forgetting about it and after the fact I was a little disappointed that the waitresses didn’t mention it when we got our bill. "

"Had to call the front desk several times for the heat There weren't any bed clothes in the closet for the couch bed and they tried to charge for additional sheets but they weren't additional. It's supposed to be a set in the closet. On a positive note the food in the restaurant was great."

"First off, I already submitted a very detailed review. Seems odd that you or Bally’s hasn’t received it yet. We had a terrible experience with our room and the overnight supervisor at the hotel lobby desk on March 13, 2026. Very unprofessional. We ended up having to move our room from the ground floor to the 8th floor, even though our checkout was the next morning. There is obviously a bad ventilation issue in the first room we were in, a strong odor of either marijuana or mold, coming through the vents or wherever, it’s totally unacceptable as was the treatment from this supervisor. Had a great time other than his very unpleasant and unprofessional treatment, it’s a shame. "

"Tv kept going out, bed headboards were dirty and the pool closes extremely early ,while check in is 4pm and the pool closes at 5pm. There’s no microwaves which makes it hard to eat at night because the restaurants Close a little early. Other than that I enjoyed my stay "
