"Staff were very nice hotel was clean. Great breakfast and perfect location. Felt safe while traveling with children. We arrived early and our flight was in the evening. Staff were helpful with holding our luggage so we could keep exploring until our departure. The concierge was wonderful and knowledgeable with scheduling activities. "

"The stay was pleasant except for the check-in process. I was given plenty of grief, because my wife made the reservation, but I arrived with my son. We flew there from Southern California and had to drive in your horrible Bay Area traffic for over an hour to reach your establishment. You should change the policy about which spouse's name is on the reservation. I had to call my wife to get verbal permission for you guys, like I was a teenager. How embarrassing!"
