「Room was modern but the bathroom was clogged and the water wasn’t drained. We almost can’t take shower that night. Front desk was closed between 11pm to 1pm so no help provided during this period. 」

「Personal war freundlich, Zimmer sind halt Standart aber dafür wirklich groß. Die Nachbarn auf der gegenüber liegenden Straße waren nervig und extrem laut. Dafür war das Frühstück top, Kaffe, Saft, Limo... Rührei in 2 Variationen, verschiedene Brötchen und Brote, viele Marmeladen, Honig, Obst, Käse und die Highlights für meine kids- Waffeln zum selbst machen und vorallem schon Eis zum Frühstück 😅 Der Ort an sich ist sehr fade aber es gibt im Umkreis genug Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. 「We like the owner, her friendly personality, our room was clean and tidy and the breakfast was in home atmosphere and style. There is a bus stop close by, Lidl to make a fast shopping and the property is located outside of the centre but still walkable distance from the main spots. The owner allowed us to keep our luggage in while we went swimming at the Aquaforum. I definitely recommend this facility for a stay in Františkovy Lazne 」

「Das Personal war hilfsbereit und hatte einen guten Sinn für Humor. Die Inneneinrichtung war einzigartig toll. Die Gebühr für unseren Hund betrug nur 5 Euro und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt.」

「Schönes Zimmer mit einem bequemen Bett. WLAN funktionierte nicht, aber dafür hat man ja sein Smartphone mit entsprechendem Tarif...Frühstück OK, aber nicht herausragend, aber der Espresso war tadellos. Das Restaurant war ein Erlebnis, eine attraktive Speisekarte, sehr gutes Essen, sehr aufmerksame Bedienung. Wir werden wieder kommen!」
