"The housekeeping always kept the room clean. We never had to call for them to come clean the room. It was always clean when we came back from wherever we went. Buffet and breakfast was great. The staff was very accommodating and very polite and helpful. Our room had a fantastic view of the harbor on the 6th floor. And we actually went to the bar our first night here just to relax a little and the bar was great on the 7th floor. We will be back"

"I stayed at Pikan Ephesus for three nights while touring Ephesus and Pamukkale. Overall it was a nice little hotel in a convenient location, though with a couple of frustrating hiccups worth knowing about before you go. Diyar, who handled check-in and was around throughout my stay, was very friendly and helpful. My door was broken and he showed me how to lock it at check-in, but the mechanism was a bit confusing, and the next morning I accidentally locked myself out — with my bag inside and my Ephesus tour departing in half an hour. Diyar did his best to help, even trying to get into the room through the window, but we couldn't manage it in time. I ended up having to dash to the nearby Migros (grocery store) to buy a hat and sunscreen before my tour, since everything I needed was locked in the room. Thankfully, my pickup ran about 15 minutes late and the tour company agreed to pick me up from Migros instead so it worked out — but it was a stressful start to the morning that could've been avoided with clearer instructions or a functioning door. Breakfast was also a bit of a letdown timing-wise. It's meant to start at 8:30am, but on the morning I needed it, service still hadn't started by 9:05. Aside from those issues, the room itself was a nice, atmospheric stone room — simple and bare bones, no TV and not many amenities, but clean and comfortable. Laundry for only 400 lira was helpful too."

"Pluses and minuses: Pluses: Clean room with beautiful view of the sea with a small balcony to watch the sunset and drink coffee. Location is great only a few yards from the beach. Good breakfast with reasonable price. Staff are polite and friendly. It has the amenities that a beachfront hotel should have such as a faucet near the hotel door to wash your feet that is full of sand and racks in the balcony to hung up your wet swim wear. Minuses: Bathroom doesn’t have ventilation or outside windows. Room Coffee and creamer are very low quality UNDRINKABLE. TV is just a decoration useless. It has 5-6 channels."

"The staff is especially helpful with recommendation of things to do, places to eat, and beaches to visit. Especially the front desk folks, Berkay, Enes, and Edris. The rooms were nice and the breakfast buffet was definitely needed. The location of the hotel is close to the Marina and you can easily walk to the city center which was a big plus for us."

"Although I started with booking online and staff not flexible with date change and refund, i ended up paying 1 extra night that I didn’t stay, but overall experience turned out to be really amazing. Since the time I got in, to when I left everyone was so friendly and helpful, they took time to share restaurant recommendations, things to do and helped with tea/coffee etc. I would definitely stay back with them next time!"
