All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and went above and beyond for us. Helping us arrange all transportation, helping with our bags, recommending excellent places to go. The rooms were clean and the bed was super comfy. The pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious and such large portions. This was a 5 star experience and we will only stay at villa ephesus in Kusadasi. The owners are the best.

The hotel itself is amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful.. The rooms are clean and comfortable and ther was nice views are overlooking the sea and parts of the town. However the steps up to the hotel are very steep and there was several piles of cat poo on them along with cat pee. We would not have managed to get the 3 suitcases up the steps if the hotel had not sent someone down to help. Outside the gated entrance to the hotel there was more cat poo which was not moved for the duration of our stay . The thought of this getting trod on and then getting bought into the hotel was quite off putting. On a positive note the location is excellent and only minutes from the port, promenade, shops and restaurants. The breakfast was 5 star , it was all fresh produce and served excellently.

Aracla gitme icin eziyetli bir lokasyon. Aracinizi ara sokakta guvensiz bir yere birakmaniz gerekiyor. Otel lokasyonu merkezde ancak giris cikis icin kullanilan yol geceleri issiz ara sokakta. Odamizin kapisi onundeki cardakta insanlarin gece sohbetleri nedeniyle uyumak zordu. Kahvalti servisi gayet iyi.

I couldn’t speak more highly of this little gem! It’s a beautiful property, and the staff are excellent. The location is safe and conveniently close to the port. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the property during our stay, and he was incredibly helpful with recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Highly recommend!

We loved this hotel! The room was spotless and so beautiful. It had an amazing view of the harbor and much of the city.. When you entered the front gate all was peaceful and serene, no loud beachside music. Yet you were only steps away from all the interesting shops in the Castle Bazaar. The staff was very responsive to every need and the breakfasts were out of this world—lavish and delicious! The only downside was the 48 steps up to the main enterance, as well as several flights of stairs inside to get to the breakfast room, pool or roof-top lounge area, but this was also part of its charm and well worth the effort. They provided staff to carry your luggage up on arrival and down on your departure. For those with a car there was a parking area with an entrance that avoided many of the steps. We would definitely love to stay there again!

We loved our stay! The staff was absolutely wonderful, and so helpful carrying our bags up and down the stairs! The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. The view from our room was stunning. Breakfast was a wonderful assortment of bread, spreads, pastry, cheeses and vegetables, and there was a different egg dish each day. We had to send out laundry and found it to be very reasonably priced at €20 per bag. Our family would gladly stay at Villa Ephesus again!
