「Everything about this hotel was great, EXCEPT after 11 pm it is difficult to get into the hotel. For security reasons, the main door is locked, but there is no key reader. You have to walk around to the valet parking entrance and they will let you in. However, there is no sign to let you know that is what you are supposed to do.」

「The breakfast was delicious, the room was spacious and comfortable, the corridor was well-ventilated, and the swimming pool was also great. Overall, I was very satisfied.」

「It was awesome!」

「房間很乾淨，各項設施維護得不錯，跟許多連鎖旅店比起來，更為物美價廉。」

「Slightly dated rooms and lobby. Older property. Also same/similar HGI nearby which is nicer. I confused the locations as they are so close to each other」

「We stayed at a historic hotel near Pikes Peak, and it truly felt like stepping back in time. The property is full of vintage charm and classic character. While the atmosphere has an old-fashioned feel, everything — from the surroundings and room cleanliness to the attentive service — made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. 「Beautiful grounds, several hiking trails on property, close to Garden of the Gods and other hiking areas, wonderful breakfast」

「John at the front desk was very attentive. The women at the Bistro however was not. She never acknowledged us when we walked up to the counter. We noticed she was looking up a drink recipe so we gave her grace as we could tell she was new, but when she walked away to go talk to John at the front desk we decided the coffee we wanted wasn’t worth it. Other then that or stay was great.」
