「Worst hotel I booked during my Europe holiday. This may have once been a nice hotel but the hotel feels like it's long overdue for a renovation. Rooms are tired and well worn. Plus some of the rudest and non-communicative staff I've ever met. Trying to contact anyone, if you need anything, is impossible. They just flat out don't reply. 「Very clear is not private parking you need parking in the street and pay. It is not a big deal but for us was because we arrive with reservation at 11 pm and 7 suite cases parking outside was very hard. I did the reservation because was clear about private parking. I ask the staff and he said the parking is full something I did not believe. It is not private parking.」
