「The hotel staff were very friendly - among the most helpful I've ever experienced. The room was clean and well maintained. No air-conditioning but heating. The windows of our room opened to the sound of rushing water in the river near by, but the rooms were relatively quiet when the window was shut. We enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel was very close to the main shopping area and buses went nearby.」

「+: good equipment, clean room, in the center of commercial area so if you like shopping it is perfect location. -: the location is too noisy and crowded, so not good for people who want to have a relax trip. the staff who welcome us never smiles; she seems just want to finish talking with us as soon as possible, and she did not look at our eyes at all during the talk.」

「櫃台服務人員很親切有禮貌，讓人覺得很舒服。 早餐也不錯，尤其當一邊用餐一邊看著窗外飄著雪的時候。 旅館在老安道爾最繁榮的大街上，所以逛街購物用走路就可以完成。 一樓大廳有燒著木頭的壁爐，讓來自沒有下雪地區的我們特別有感覺。」

「Very friendly desk manager. Called to make sure everything in the room was ok. We were just there one night and didn’t use much of the available facilities. Huge room and very well maintained. Wish we were in Andorra longer.」
