Bit oldfashioned but nice hotel. Frontoffice very helpful girl. Good breakfast and great pool. Only downside was the heat in the room. Airconditioning was broken and when you left the window open the river kept you awake....

Ok but not coming back

Terrible perfume in the reception, gives you an instant headache. Old but ok room. Clean! Swimming pool in the adjacent hotel, not the one we stayed in - a definite minus. On the plus side, breakfast was nice, especially the Spanish specialities.

Nice hotel - they should advertise more clearly how to find their parking garage. Otherwise, it was a good visit and the hotel is in a nice location.

Nice hotel on a very good position

Nice clean hotel. Spacious room. Nice that the the toilet was separate from the bathroom. Very good breakfast. We felt very comfortable here.

The hotel was average, nothing too special but rooms seemed clean and they provided water bottles in the room. The staff at the front desk were correct but not necessarily friendly and did not go out of their way to help. Location convenient to walk to center, shops and restaurants

A day in Andorra.

We had a nice stay in Novotel. It’s easy walking distance to the centre. Room was comfortable with a good shower. Buffet dinner and breakfast was nice. Only negative was that the car parking is very expensive . We are travelling around the world and have never pid so much for parking.

Clean, friendly and helpful

The hotel os perfectly centred between the old and new part of town. A nice pool and gym just next door shared with 3 other hotels that belong to the same hotel group. The room was great, enough apace for myself and 2 daughters. It is on the older side with beige tiling but well maintained. The bath in which you need to shower too, didn't drain well and the hairdryer had seen better days. The service and cleanliness however were superb. Buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner were okay. Much, much appreciated the help and option for celiacs with Gf bread organized each day! All other allergents clearly noted by each food. The coffee from the machine was not great but understandable as waiters were always busy cleaning up and running round. All in all a great, lovely and well-run hotel with helpful and friendly staff

Très bien

Très bien, simple et efficace. Il y a un parking payant en sous terrain mais il y a aussi un parking derrière, sûrement moins cher. Le petit-déjeuner est complet et varié. Un seul souci, peut-être mettre des barres dans la baignoire car pour y accéder, il y a l’épaisseur de la baignoire ainsi qu’un muret, avec la hauteur, Ca a été dangereux pour moi car j’ai glissé. Ca m’a valu un sacré bleu à la cuisse.

Buen hotel

El Novotel Andorra ofrece una experiencia muy positiva en general. Su ubicación en pleno centro de Andorra la Vella es inmejorable, ideal para quienes quieran aprovechar el entorno comercial, cultural y turístico de la ciudad . El hotel destaca por su limpieza, instalaciones cómodas y desayuno variado y de calidad . El personal también recibe buenas valoraciones por su amabilidad y profesionalidad . Sin embargo, quise pedir una habitación silenciosa por mi sensibilidad al ruido, y me asignaron una en el primer piso con ventana justo hacia la calle más transitada, lo que me demostró que no se tuvo en cuenta esta petición personal. Este detalle resta algo de confort a una estancia que, de otro modo, fue muy buena.

Hotel de 4 estrellas que parecen 3. Es bastante justo, antiguo y habitaciones pequeñas y estrechas. En nuestro caso habitación doble superior muy pequeña y estrecha. Suelos de moqueta por todos lados y bastante desgastado. Bufet desayuno muy justo y poca variedad. Lo mejor la ubicación.
